Magical Still Lifes
I was very impressed by the photographic works of Chema Madoz and Gilbert Garcin. These photographers create other realities with their still lifes. Inspired by their inventiveness and the magic of Magical Realism, I take Polaroids of everyday things around me and combine them with ‘real’ objects to create a magical still life.
Some Fortos from this series were published in online magazines.
The most of these pictures were awarded Master Shot status by Leica Fotografie International. I wrote about this series as a guest author in the German online magazine ‘kwerfeldein’.
One photo was included in a print edition of the German photography magazine ‘Leica Fotografie International’.
